Cookie policy

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (such as local storage) work in much the same way. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in, and operate securely.
How we use them
Fix My Pitch keeps its use of cookies to a minimum. We use the following categories:
- Strictly necessary — keep you signed in, maintain your session, and keep the Platform secure. These are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off.
- Functional — remember preferences such as your last-used view. Optional.
- Analytics — if enabled, help us understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it. Only set with your consent.
Cookies set by our providers
Some cookies are set by the trusted providers we use to run the Platform. The main ones are:
| Source | Purpose | Category |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Authentication and keeping you signed in | Strictly necessary |
| Stripe | Payment processing and fraud prevention | Strictly necessary |
| Crisp | Live chat support widget | Functional |
| Vercel | Secure hosting and delivery | Strictly necessary |
These providers are described in our privacy policy, which sets out the data each one processes.
Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Platform — such as signing in or paying — from working. Where we use optional cookies, we ask for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time.
